The two huge things you need on the daily to help your state of mind is spending time doing something creative (allowing our minds to soak up some child like behaviour to take a break from adult-like responsibilities) and having time with nature to feed our peace of mind. Go for a walk and don't look down at where you're walking (albeit be careful) but really focus on the types of leaves on trees and colour of the sky.
