THIS IS NEW YORK
New York, Manhattan. Slightly more modern yellow taxi's not like you'd imagine from films, BUT the atmosphere, the people and the food all made up for it.
I was careful not to photograph too much of Time Square due to the sheer mass of tourists taking up the lens and the big digital screens blinding each other.
THIS IS AGADIR
Morocco, Agadir. Get out of your comfort zone and up into the mountains to see the simple way of living. Minimal cars and phones, just the purest of necessities. The tea isn't the same as in the UK, 'cause lets face it no-one does it like we do.
The local children were excited to wait patiently as our charismatic tour guide handed them a bar of chocolate each. It was like watching Christmas as it should be. Grateful for the little things.
THIS IS VIENNA
Austria, Vienna. Reminded me of a beautiful town in France called Lyon. Attention to detail was classic Europe, beautiful, colour, intricate designs, friendly faces, quirky bars and restaurants. And who doesn't love a good discotheque.
THIS IS VEJER
Vejer, Southern Spain. Very lucky to have family living here, this stunning town stands up on a hill isolated with Cadiz, Santa Maria and Gibraltar in sight. Old town locals pride themselves on their Tapas plates, art and parking between houses and narrow town streets with an inch to spare.
Definitely worth seeing this pure, untouched part of Spain. Authentic and relaxed.
THIS IS TAGHAZOUT
Taghazout, Morocco. Very well catered for from start to finish in the newly built RIU Tikida Palace Taghazout. Just a twenty minute walk (or camel ride) along the beach up to Taghazout surf town full of quaint cafe's and restaurants.
TUI offer a number of excursions to try out during your stay, the quad bikes being a personal favourite for those of you thrill seekers!
THIS IS PRAGUE
Czech Republic, Prague. A place of wonderful architecture, old fashioned travel, museums and the beautiful Danube river. Quite a heavy spot for tourism so you gotta get your timing right. The trams are easy to use and the bars and restaurants are cheaper than you expect!
The art and sex museums are a must, just for the immature giggles you can have at wooden cocks on seats and don't forget of art, of course.
THIS IS BARCELONA
Barcelona, Spain. A great location for sightseeing, the markets being a must-stop for fresh fruit and pizza slices. If I remember anything from places I've been, its usually the food.
The architecture is a little Parisian in places, the parks are open planned and everywhere is very tourist friendly. Beautiful city to stay.
