All humans experience negative emotions and its perfectly normal and healthy to be struggling. You’re out of your comfort zone and that’s what is going to get you to where you need to be! Were all scared of this time in our lives really, just some people are brilliant at hiding it. You have so many possibilities offered to you at this age and an extreme amount of pressure to impress others. I’ve asked around a lot of people and they’ve all comforted me in saying ‘trust me, this is what your twenties are for’ and 'your twenties are for the graft and uncertainty, your thirties are for relaxing once that initial hard work has got you on your way'.
Who has a life plan anyway!? I pray no one really has a clue what they're doing either, so you might as well embrace this weird anxious pressure you're putting yourself under. One thing I do know is that no one has ever been killed off because of not knowing what the future holds or what career they're supposed to pursue. You have survived everything you have done so far.
It’s understandable to feel like you haven’t got a clue, one day you will. Don’t doubt yourself and if you are, replace social media with things that give you focus and fulfilment. Clear out your wardrobe? Write? Exercise? Draw? Clean your room? Re-write your CV? Clear that mind and motivate yourself.
